What is afterpay?

Afterpay offers simple and affordable instalment payment plans for online shoppers. Afterpay allows you to purchase items through our website up to $1000* with 4 easy to pay instalments due each fortnight with no fees for payment via afterpay. All of your payments are interest free.

 

What do I need to be able to purchase using afterpay?

All you need is to be over 18, to live in Australia, have a working mobile phone number, working email address and a debit or credit card.

 

How does afterpay work?

When you place your first order using afterpay, the first instalment is due immediately**. Each instalment will then be deducted from your debit or credit card each fortnight after that until your order is paid off. At time pf purchase, your afterpay payment schedule will be outlined for you. You can also log into your afterpay account to check your  previous and current orders and any outstanding amounts.

 

How does checkout via  afterpay work?

1  – At the checkout select afterpay as your payment method.2 – Either login to your after pay account or create a new account and confirm your order.3 – Once confirmed through afterpay, you will be redirected back to our website and receive your order confirmation.

 

Will I have to wait for my afterpay purchase to be paid off before I receive my purchase?

No. Unlike a layby, you do not have to have your purchase paid off in full before receiving. Your order will be shipped straight away (once our standard ordering processing has occurred).

 

What if I miss a payment?

You will be charged a late fee of $10 by afterpay. Please note, this charge is nothing to do with Luminous Candles and should be brought up with afterpay directly if there are any concerns about this charge.
